Ohh la la... French Butter Dishes

Seeing my green casserole dish in those macaroni and cheese pictures made me remember something I've been meaning to buy:

One of those crazy butter-suspended-upside-down-over-water butter dishes.  The Emile Henry one is crazy expensive, but it matches my Emile Henry casserole dish, pie dish, and mini casserole.

My boyrfriend doesn't understand the importance of matching kitchen pottery, but I do. I appreciate the importance of matching anything. Don't even get me started on the Salt Pig, or the Oil Cruet, or the Spoon Rest...
